Volunteer Opportunity - Mixed Ages

Celebrate Earth Day with us by helping to keep Horsetooth Mountain Open Space beautiful and sustainable by picking up litter. Whether it’s a lot or a little, every piece of litter picked up makes a difference. Sign up as a group, family or individual. This activity is suitable for all ages (youth under 16 yrs. must be accompanied by an adult). Please plan to bring your own water, snacks and prepare to be outside. Litter cleanup supplies are available but feel free to bring your own. A parking pass is required for this site. Team members will be available the morning of April 24 at Horsetooth Area Information Center for you to check-in, and pick up supplies. However, check-in is not required and you are welcome to pick up your supplies and parking pass a week prior to the event. Once registered, you'll receive emails with further information. Since 1970, folks have been celebrating Earth Day by volunteering with their communities. Join us this year to celebrate environmental stewardship. Can't make it to our event? Do a litter cleanup right in your own neighborhood!
