Join Larimer County Naturalists on a journey to learn more about the ravens of Devil’s Backbone, located just west of Loveland off Hwy 34. As depicted in stories and literature, ravens are unique and intelligent birds. Throughout our walk (hopefully to the Key hole and back), we’ll address some general information about ravens, but mostly how these unique and intelligent birds are depicted as so in various stories and literature. No need to have attended Part 1 to join Part 2. This will be a 3-mile Hike rating: Moderate, due to uneven surfaces. Program is free, but registration is required. Please bring water and binoculars if you have them; and dress appropriately for the weather. Best for participants, 16 years and older.
