Bald Eagle Viewing

Larimer County volunteers will share eagle facts, history, the importance of land conservation and more. A spotting scope will be set up to view the nest which is located on a conservation easement monitored by Larimer County Natural Resources. The birds utilize the extensive network of open spaces along the Poudre River, including River Bluffs Open Space, throughout the season. Public lands like River Bluffs Open Space provide important habitat. Come view these majestic birds and learn more about their role in the ecosystem.
